Who is Lil' Gringa™?
     Hi, everybody! My name is Raelyn Barker, but I'm probably more well known in the cooking community as Lil' Gringa™!
      I've loved cooking as far back as I can remember, and by the time I was 5 I knew that food was my passion. I began my career in competitive cooking at the age of 6, and haven't looked back since!
     Throughout the past 8 years, I've been blessed to be able to do what I love all around the United States, with the support and encouragement of my family and friends!
     Some of my favorite accomplishments in my career so far are my top finishes at the Bum Phillips Barbeque Showdown, the American Royal World Series of BBQ, and the 2022 Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo Annual BBQ Cookoff.
     Some other things I enjoy are spending time with family, arts and crafts, fashion, farming and ranching, and planning my first restaurant!
